Friday Funnies

Happy Monday! It’s time for Friday funnies. Yes, I know it isn’t Friday. Anyway, have you ever heard “An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away”? Well actually, an apple a day keeps anyone away if you throw it hard enough. Wow. I’m so funny. Has anyone not watched Encanto yet? If you said yes, shame on you. Here is a meme:

I really love that.

Here is another joke:

I recently heard a story, and I think it’s awesome. Here it is. A ham sandwich walks into a bar and orders a beer, but the bartender says, “Sorry, we don’t serve food here.”

And here is the last joke that I am required to post:

Where do you find a cow with no legs?

Right where you left it!

Okay, that one was a bit sad. I hope you enjoyed these 5 awesome jokes and that at least one of them made you laugh. Have an awesome day!

Hi guys. So I spent 30 mins reading and commenting on other people’s Voki, and here’s what I thought.

Grace’s Post:

Okay, it was a bit hard to understand what the monkey was saying because it was talking so fast, but I’m 90% sure that it is Jafar from Aladin.

Rilee’s Post:

At first I was confused, and then I was positive it’s Bruno from Encanto. Great Job Rilee, my one complaint is you got the song stuck in my head. 🙁

Drew’s Post:

Another cat post! Uh….. Is it Little Red Riding Hood from…. Little Red Riding Hood? The voice sounded weird so it was also hard to understand, but very funny.

Those were all the Posts that I could review, great job guys!

Good morning people! Today, I get to go to the library during school for a book club. I’m pretty excited for it, and can’t wait to talk to other people about the book “New Kid” Yesterday, I finished a book called “Beautiful Blue World” by Suzanne LaFleur (same other for “Counting to Perfect”) and I really enjoyed it. This morning, I got the sequel “Threads of Blue” from the library, and am excited to find out what happens to the main character, Mathilde. Last week, I had an orchestra performance, and I think we did pretty well. We have a great teacher, and most of us are very good at out instruments. Currently, I play the violin, but I might want to learn viola. Should I? Please tell me in the comments!

Covid-19 Reflection

2020 was a very crazy year. Everything shut down, and my family became dependent on ordering groceries online. I remember the first time I wore a mask, it was so hot! My parents would “train” us to wear masks during board games. Everyone thought this pandemic would only last a few months. TWO years later, I’m still taking the same precautions even though there are not one, not two, but THREE vaccines out there. It’s kind of frustrating to me that I’m doing everything I can, and the stupid virus is still out there. It is motivation for me to journal about it a lot. How cool will it be when I read it 20 years later?

Good Morning! I love that when I wake up early in the morning, it is getting brighter outside! I absolutely hate daylight savings, and do not look forward to it. Do you guys like daylight savings? It was originally created in Germany to save fuel in 1916, and then the United States started it in 1918, and even back then, it was unpopular. Here’s a website where I got the information, because I do not have it all memorized. I am very excited for spring break because my family gets to go to Louisiana and see cousins as a Christmas gift. Do you guys know what you’re doing for spring break yet?
